Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Service Worker to join our team at Faith Alive International Ministries. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising support staff, conducting administrative tasks, and implementing life skills workshops. They will also be required to assess client needs, develop service delivery plans, and assist clients with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise support staff and coordinate office activities
  • Conduct social research and implement life skills workshops
  • Assess client needs and develop service delivery plans
  • Assist clients with special needs and manage events
  • Manage knowledge and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in community service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health, dental, and vision care benefits.
