Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at LALA JI THE BARBER LIMITED. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
