Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Supertemp. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Manage correspondence, including drafting responses to emails and letters.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Arrange meetings and events, including catering and venue selection.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and other productivity software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
