Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in software sales at the enterprise level, looking to leverage their skills and expertise to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments, discuss, and demonstrate Novisto's value proposition to prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and execute plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses that effectively communicate Novisto's capabilities and value.
  • Negotiate contracts, address customer concerns, and ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience in software sales.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience selling software at the enterprise level, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
