About the RoleThis is a key opportunity to leverage your expertise in technology solutions and sales management to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As an Enterprise Solutions Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with cross-functional teams, and driving integrated sales management techniques to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to work across our diverse portfolios, including digital transformation, health services, and telecommunications. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong understanding of digital transformation, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in Intello's enterprise segment.
- Buid relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address complex customer needs.
- Employ advanced sales strategies that align with Intello's integrated approach, ensuring seamless coordination across our various business units to deliver maximum value to our clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in technology or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on various industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. The estimated salary for this role is between $87,000-$131,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to obtain certifications for Sales Academy (3 levels) - Foundational, Practitioner, and Mastery, as well as participate in our stock purchase plan, flexible total rewards benefit plan, and optional education assistance programs.
