Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at SAP SE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex business software solutions to existing and net new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth in designated territories.
  • Account Management: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand customer requirements, and provide value-driven solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a rolling pipeline, leveraging support organizations to funnel opportunities into assigned territories.
  • Solution Proficiency: Be proficient in SAP solutions and effectively position them against competitors.
  • Team Leadership: Lead virtual account teams, ensuring they are well-versed in each account's strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
  • Business Application Software Sales: Proven track record in business application software sales, including large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns.
  • Leadership Role: Experience in the lead role of a team-selling environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent business-level English and local language skills.
