We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our revenue streams from corporate prospect clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough needs assessments, showcasing Novisto's value proposition, and developing tailored solutions for prospects.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business success, including Sales Engineers, Marketing teams, and representatives from target accounts.
  • Focusing on expanding new revenue channels through consultative sales strategies.
  • Developing compelling presentations, proposals, and responses to RFIs, negotiating business terms, and closing deals.
  • Initiating contact with prospects generated by our Account Development Representative team, marketing campaigns, or referrals.
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions, meeting customer needs, and exceeding expectations.
  • Serving as a liaison between prospects and customers, fostering strong relationships and driving satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Representing Novisto at industry events, promoting our brand, and establishing thought leadership.
  • Sharing valuable insights with product and marketing teams to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sustainability, or 6 years of experience in software/SAAS sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling software at Enterprise level.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including oral, written, and active listening abilities (Fluency in French is an asset).
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and ability to drive business growth.
