The Administrative Operations Coordinator is a critical role within IG Wealth Management, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, providing top-notch service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients, handling incoming calls, and maintaining inventory levels
- Process and distribute mail and courier items efficiently
- Coordinate meeting room arrangements, technology set-ups, and office equipment maintenance
- Provide guidance and training to consultants and their teams on policies, procedures, and available resources
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, assist with system training, and provide general administrative assistance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and reception roles, preferably in the financial services industry
- Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset
- Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in PC capabilities, including Microsoft Office 365
- Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience
