Job Description

The Administrative Operations Coordinator is a critical role within IG Wealth Management, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, providing top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting clients, handling incoming calls, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Process and distribute mail and courier items efficiently
  • Coordinate meeting room arrangements, technology set-ups, and office equipment maintenance
  • Provide guidance and training to consultants and their teams on policies, procedures, and available resources
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, assist with system training, and provide general administrative assistance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and reception roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset
  • Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, critical thinking, teamwork, discretion, and business/technical skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
Additional Requirements
  • Proficiency in PC capabilities, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience
