Job Description

Synopsis

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Agent at National Bank. In this role, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service while carrying out administrative tasks according to Bank policies, standards, and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and direct them to the right resource person.
  • Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Support your team by carrying out administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain daily bank deposits and submit accounts payable.
  • Perform various administrative activities, such as managing mail, documents, supplies, and conference room reservations.
  • Collaborate with regional staff and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate events and communicate with all stakeholders.

The Perfect Candidate

We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational and priority management skills, who can adapt quickly to different changes. A college diploma in Administration or a related field, along with 1 year of relevant experience, is essential. Experience working in financial services is an asset.
