Administrative Coordinator Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator Specialist to support our office operations in Québec, Canada. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle incoming communications effectively.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and manage office documentation securely.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management by providing data and insights.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- A competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
