This role focuses on helping our team grow and continue to provide top-quality assurance and tax services to our diverse client base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior staff, collaborating with other professionals across Canada within our network.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting and assisting with interviews to creation of offer letters and onboarding.
- Managing retention, from stay interviews to employee events.
- Managing off-boarding.
- Providing guidance and support to employees and partners on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development.
- Advising the Partner group on all matters relevant to changes in provincial and federal labour laws.
- Updating HR policies, as needed, in conjunction with our Partner group.
- Working co-operatively with other HR professionals in our National network on National HR projects.
A successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in HR.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Team player mentality.
- Self-starter attitude.
- Understanding of professional services industries is considered an asset.
