This Human Resources Generalist role is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting and interview assistance to creation of offer letters and onboarding.

You will also be responsible for managing retention, off-boarding, and providing guidance and support to employees and partners on HR-related matters.

Additionally, you will advise the Partner group on all matters relevant to changes in provincial and federal labour laws and update HR policies as needed.
