This position focuses on helping our team of professionals grow and continue to provide top quality assurance and tax services to our broad client base of owner managed businesses, not-for-profit organizations and farm businesses.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior staff, with the opportunity to work with other professionals across Canada within our network.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from job posting and assisting with interviews, to creation of offer letters and onboarding, to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process;
- Manage retention, from stay interviews to employee events;
- Manage off-boarding;
- Provide guidance and support to employees and partners on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development
- Advise Partner group on all matters relevant to changes in provincial and federal labour laws;
- Update HR policies, as needed, in conjunction with our Partner group;
- Work co-operatively with the other HR professionals in our National network on National HR projects.
- Previous experience in HR;
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work as a team in a fast-paced environment;
- High attention to detail;
- Team player mentality;
- A self-starter attitude;
- An understanding of professional services industries is considered an asset.
