Business Development Manager for Vancouver

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our business in the city.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in Vancouver.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including venue owners, sponsors, and partners.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees and freelance game hosts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games.
- Engage in creative sales and marketing efforts to promote the platform and attract new customers.
- A passion for soccer and a strong connection to the local soccer scene.
- A business background, ideally in management and customer service.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in Vancouver.
- A hunger to succeed: financial compensation for this role will be proportionate to hard work, business acumen, and effectiveness.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
