We are seeking a highly skilled High Level Administrative Coordinator to join our team at V GLOBAL IMMIGRATION INC.

Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • You will analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports to provide informed recommendations.
  • An agenda setter and meeting coordinator, you will prepare meeting materials and arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • With excellent research skills, you will conduct in-depth research to support organizational decision-making.
  • A strong communicator, you will meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others to discuss issues and recommend courses of action.
  • Liaising with departmental officials, corporate partners, and external organizations, you will foster partnerships and collaborations that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects.
  • Conduct research and gather information to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications).
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
