About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Operations Coordinator to join our team at Suncorp Developments Ltd. as an integral part of our operations department.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and manage various tasks, projects, and programs across different departments, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

  • Manage office procedures and routines: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to optimize office efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings: Coordinate with senior management and other stakeholders to arrange and confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Train and develop staff: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations while identifying training needs and developing strategies to improve performance.
  • Negotiate collective agreements: Represent the company in negotiations with employee representatives to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Travel arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and ensure smooth execution of business trips.
  • Information systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, including data compilation and statistics analysis.

Requirements

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
