Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at DIGI PRO MEDIA AND MARKETING INC. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and related itineraries for team members and clients.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
