About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Robertson Construction Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes:

  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, and relay messages in a professional manner.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of documents.
  • Correspondence: Prepare, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents as required.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, utilizing calendar management tools.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including:

  • Health care plan;
