We are seeking an experienced High-Level Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Team Wood Kitchen Cabinets (2009) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other relevant documentation.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Compile data, statistics, and reports to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure efficient information management.
- Develop and implement effective office procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
