Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MS MOTORSPORTS LTD. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, meetings, and appointments for team members and clients.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of correspondence and other documents.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • This is a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field (1-2 years).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 40 hours of work per week.
  • Full-time, permanent position with benefits.
