This Business Development Manager - Territory Growth Specialist role is a key position at Mackenzie Investments, focusing on driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in a defined geographic territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investment advisors and other key stakeholders
  • Provide market insights and product expertise to support advisors in their business development efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a mandatory requirement for this role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A passion for capital markets and a desire to drive business growth
