Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our team of independent financial advisors, providing exceptional sales, marketing, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Foster strong client relationships by liaising with clients, responding to requests, and proactively resolving issues.
- Support clients with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring timely and confidential handling.
- Coordinate client appointments, portfolio reviews, networking events, and other meetings.
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software up to date.
- Manage paperwork, including head office correspondence, tax reporting, and new account openings.
- Ensure accurate and compliant completion of paperwork.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting Financial Advisors.
- Uphold compliance processes and policies to safeguard client assets and maintain their privacy.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work within time constraints.
- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor.
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
