Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator with over 2 years of experience to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process service requests from clients
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries promptly
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks to support service operations
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software for documentation and communication

**Skills**:

- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills to manage service schedules effectively
- Ability to provide excellent customer support in a professional manner
- Basic computer skills for organizing and updating service records
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
