Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jass Carrier Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working 30 hours per week. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant parties
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment at Jass Carrier Inc. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $35,000 per year, which may vary based on location.
