Job DescriptionThe Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates. This role will utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, Boolean searches, social media, and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
The successful candidate will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles. They will provide regular updates on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights, and screen candidates through initial phone calls to assess fit, interest, and qualifications.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong research and analytical skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
Estimated Salary Range$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related role.
- Strong expertise in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS systems.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
