Purpose of role

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including but not limited to: creating and executing source strategies, pre-screening and interviewing.
- Proactively source talent by developing and maintaining talent pools by networking, attending recruitment events and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday database, and other sources, such as referrals.
- Build partnerships with universities/schools, community sources, and other services to promote our roles and Foresters Brand.
- Develop a solid understanding of the business needs and promote a close and proactive consultative relationship with business leaders and HR colleagues.
- Assist with performing relevant administrative requirements such as reporting, reference checks, etc.
- Work with preferred vendors on select searches.

Key Qualifications

You have a passion for talent acquisition, are results oriented and strive for service excellence with accomplished experience in the following:

- Undergraduate degree with a specialization in Human Resources and/or Business Management related courses
- A minimum of 3 years of professional Talent Acquisition experience supporting high volume recruitment environments with an emphasis on full recruitment life cycle activities
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, human resources, and applicable laws and legislation
- Experience using an ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous experience with Campus recruitment an asset
- Demonstrates effective relationship and stakeholder management skills in working collaboratively with HR colleagues and business leaders at all levels or organization to drive key Talent Acquisition and business priorities
- Prior successful experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize and continuously improve process in a fast-paced environment
