SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This 12-month contract position has a high possibility of becoming permanent.

Job Overview

  • This role involves full life-cycle recruitment for Canada retail and corporate roles, with a focus on retail recruitment.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can identify strong retail talents in each market, develop a retail network of contacts, and ensure talent experience aligns with luxury standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and be able to articulate assessments. They should also be able to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and anticipate recruitment needs in each market and ensure an efficient and qualitative recruitment process.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy and talent pipeline, focusing on retail recruitment.
  • Ensure talent experience meets luxury standards and conduct qualitative recruitment validation processes.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Management Director to manage talent and follow KPIs.
  • Anticipate succession planning needs and internal mobilities.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience required.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize shifting tasks.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
  • Natural connector and relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
