This dual-role position combines account management and recruitment, offering a unique opportunity to support clients’ staffing needs while fostering strategic partnerships.
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee client relationships, drive recruitment initiatives, and deliver top-tier IT talent to meet evolving demands. This role demands expertise in full-cycle recruitment, account management, and business development, ideal for professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
You will have the opportunity to build and manage a client portfolio, contribute to strategic growth initiatives, and collaborate with industry-leading organizations while enhancing your skills in sales, recruitment, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building robust pipelines for IT professionals across various domains and industries.
- Leverage tools such as social media, internal databases, job boards, and networking events to source and connect with both active and passive candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and reference verifications, and negotiating contract terms.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Account Management and Business Development:
- Develop and expand a portfolio of accounts by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating terms, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Implement strategies to meet the hiring demands of high-profile clients while staying ahead of market trends.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure alignment in meeting staffing needs.
- Contribute to recruitment and sales strategies, supporting the organization's growth and market presence.
Market Support:
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset
Qualifications:
- University or college diploma required.
- Proven experience in recruitment, account management, preferably in IT or technical domains.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation, drive, and a strong work ethic to grow your portfolio of clients.
- Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset.
