AP Administrator

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced AP Administrator to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable capacity. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large ERP accounting systems are also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment processing
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed
