As an **AP Webcycle Administrator** you:

- Perform invoice/PO matching and processing
- Research and investigate discrepancies
- Internal communications with various departments
- Follow up with procurement and operations for backup
- Provide customer service to internal stakeholders, address errors, and provide corrective solutions
- Billing for various projects
- Provide additional support to AP team as required
- Process 100+ invoices daily
- 1-2 years accounts payable administration experience
- 1-2years of experience trouble shooting discrepancies within multiple departments
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Ability to work with multiple monitors/screens
- Ability to process volumes and work under pressure
- Exposure/experience with SAP or ERP / Procurement software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using MS Office especially Excel
