Accounts Payable Administrator

Integricon Property Restoration and Construction Group Inc. is a leading property restoration and construction company in Ontario and Alberta. With offices from Hamilton to Ottawa and north to Barrie, as well, Edmonton and Calgary, Integricon provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties affected by floods, fires, or other property damage.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to work out of our head office in Vaughan.
Duties/responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for timely and accurate posting of payable invoices for multiple entities in a paperless working environment
- Ensuring all required supporting documentation are in place prior to payable processing and escalate issues accordingly
- Management of the payable approval workflow system ensuring all unapproved payables are actioned by the project management team on a timely basis
- Follow up and respond to all queries both internally and externally in accordance to corporate guidelines in a timely and professional manner
- Monthly reconciliation of all vendor statement accounts
- Weekly/monthly submission of AP KPI reports
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing and working papers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance department
Key Attributes:
- Accounting education/background is an asset
- 2 or more years of full cycle accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude and adhere to corporate values

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$61,000.00 per year
