Job Description:
Our client, a reputable company in Etobicoke, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role will involve managing department mail, ensuring compliance with company policies, and processing full-cycle A/P tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
- Fullfill full-cycle A/P tasks
- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs
- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

Estimated Salary: $24.50 - $28.70 hourly
