Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, setting up and maintaining employee information, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and garnishments.
  • Set up and maintain employee information in payroll and scheduling software.
  • Audit payroll to ensure data entry accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile timesheets and timecards, and ensure accurate daily input.
  • Monitor and process forms for hourly employees, such as overtime, vacation, and sick pay.
  • Perform year-end payroll reconciliations, including T4 and T4A.
  • Process employee termination documents and calculate final pay.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support with benefit programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of payroll administration experience.
  • Proven high level of customer service.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful and analytical skills to determine error sources and corrective actions.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.
  • Mostly sitting with some standing and walking.
  • Close visual acuity required to prepare and analyze data.
