Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
Circle K Operating Agency is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Teach interest or professional development courses to staff, promoting their growth and development.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Client focus, accuracy, and reliability, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week
