About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing account management for new and existing lending relationships. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Executing marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Providing exceptional account management services to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Identifying and mitigating credit risks

You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate lending and marketing credit products
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
