Job Description

As a Business Development and Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Ryder System's strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

In addition to business development, you will also be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships. This includes identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
