About the JobWe are seeking an exceptional Business Development and Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
With your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will educate customers about Ryder's services and develop value perception through effective use of our sales process. Your ability to analyze profitability and understand competitive influences will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your high level of initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Educate customers about Ryder's services and develop value perception.
- Analyze profitability and understand competitive influences within each account.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive Sales Excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities.
