We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at the London Small Business Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Job Description

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will also oversee the development of communication strategies and work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

You will have the opportunity to conduct research, perform data entry, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of events, manage digital databases, and consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. You should have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in MS Windows, database software, and social media platforms. Experience working with MS Office is essential, and knowledge of email management systems would be an asset.

A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not required. What is most important is your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
