Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Town's Food House. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and has excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, performing data entry, and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials. Additionally, you will be expected to establish marketing programs, answer written and oral inquiries, and co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Establish marketing programs to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at Town's Food House. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel and have a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
