Job Overview

This role is a great opportunity to join DYK POST as a Senior Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to oversee the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events. You will work closely with our team to determine office procedures and routines, manage contracts, and respond to employee questions and complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience with MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Additionally, proficiency in QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat Reader is an asset.
