About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage our office operations, including administrative tasks, records management, and payroll administration. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented effectively
  • Delegating work to office support staff and establishing clear priorities and deadlines
  • Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Performing data entry and monitoring and evaluating administrative processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

Aulakh Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company provides a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
