Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at HERCULES GYM LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure seamless implementation
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, establishing clear priorities and deadlines
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Prepare operating budgets, maintain inventory controls, and assemble data for periodic reports
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and email management
