Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at HERCULES GYM LTD.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure seamless implementation
- Delegate tasks to office support staff, establishing clear priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Prepare operating budgets, maintain inventory controls, and assemble data for periodic reports
- Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-4 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and email management
