Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional administrative support to our team members.
About You:
- You have 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an office setting.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- You are proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You have knowledge of QuickBooks, or a similar accounting software.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with ease.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule ManagementSchedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members and clients.
CommunicationAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to team members and clients.
Data ManagementCompile data, statistics, and information for reports and presentations.
Filing and OrganizationSet up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
Clerical SupportType, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and documents.
BookkeepingPerform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and work order preparation.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Environment: Our office is located in Calgary, Alberta, and all work must be completed on-site. This role does not offer remote work options.
