Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team ensuring seamless communication
  • Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data to inform decision-making
  • Perform other duties as required, supporting the team in achieving its goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
