Regional Sales Director

- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee progress and growth opportunities.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, promoting our services and offerings.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring a consistent and effective approach.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations, coordinating efforts to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective execution.
- Leading and instructing groups to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and team development.
- Provide customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coaching employees to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.Technical Requirements
- Familiarity with electronic mail and electronic scheduler systems.
- Proficiency in inventory control software, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Excel.
- Product development, driving innovation and growth.
- Sales, with a focus on business development and customer engagement.
- A vehicle supplied by the employer, facilitating travel and business operations.
- Willingness to travel, enabling the development of business relationships and opportunities.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Excellent oral communication, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Excellent written communication, supporting effective documentation and record-keeping.
