Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee progress and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, promoting our services and offerings.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring a consistent and effective approach.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations, coordinating efforts to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to optimize team performance and productivity.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective execution.
  • Leading and instructing groups to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and team development.
  • Provide customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Coaching employees to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.Technical Requirements
    • Familiarity with electronic mail and electronic scheduler systems.
    • Proficiency in inventory control software, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Excel.
