Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to join Canada Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales function and driving business growth.

About the Role

The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, coordinating the work of regions, divisions or departments, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership position
  • A degree in a relevant field (College/CEGEP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • A team player with a strong work ethic
