Director of Regional Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at WillScot as a Director of Regional Business Development
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales revenue across multiple sectors while coaching and developing sales skills and practices.
This role requires a strong self-awareness and ability to match management styles to team needs, as well as a solid understanding of market and industry trends.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and coach commercial sales staff within assigned region.
- Develop and implement a regional growth strategy to drive Units on Rent, Lease Revenue Delivered and Value-Added Revenue Delivered.
- Collaborate with other leaders across the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Manage weekly commercial staff meetings to communicate updates and drive performance.
- Drive the value-add sale of WillScot Essentials Service offerings and any future offerings.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales management experience in a modular or equipment leasing business
- BS in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, time-sensitive, collaborative environment
