Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canpars Professional Services Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and coordinating office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Office Services Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.

Language and Work Conditions

The primary language of work is English. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a private sector environment.
