Job Description

EightSix Network is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to support the operations of our retail locations in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible and reliable, and have a positive attitude. They will be responsible for providing support and guidance to over 40 employees, ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Head Office and various store locations by making regular visits to stores and coordinating with management to grow market share and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze business trends across stores within the district and develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals for all Key Performance Indicators.
  • Encourage all team members to participate in sales goals, contests, and incentives through understanding promotions, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Protect company property and manage loss prevention within the district.
  • Approve schedules, ensure adequate staffing, and manage employee relations.
  • Hire employees, reduce turnover, and manage wages in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Retain team members by nurturing their potential, providing feedback, and creating a positive work environment.
  • Complete annual Store Performance Assessments and cultivate a strong team of motivated and committed store managers.
  • Make independent decisions to ensure situations and issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a positive attitude.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and clients.
  • Must be flexible and have open availability.
  • Strong problem identification and conflict management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of Retail Industry experience and 3 years of Management experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle to travel throughout the region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated success in sales and business development.

Proficient in process improvement methodologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
