Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

About the Role:

EightSix Network is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities to achieve sales expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full sales management responsibility for assigned territory and accounts
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, playing an essential role in developing and maintaining the Company's image and reputation in the marketplace
  • Cultivate and develop new relationships and partnerships with professional organizations to ensure program awareness and adoption
  • Identify new sales opportunities to achieve sales expansion through a variety of prospecting activities including networking, prospecting, conducting on-site sales calls, and cold calling
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field (or additional experience in lieu of degree)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of lighting is required
  • Experience selling and managing accounts in any of the following: Lighting, Electrical Vehicle Chargers, Smart City Solutions
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Valid drivers license
